Main aim: to enhance the skills and knowledge of adult educators, particularly those working with disadvantaged communities, in sustainability and environmental education, in order to promote inclusion, empowerment, and equitable access to sustainability education.

Objectives:
Develop and deliver specialized training programs in Lithuania, Ireland, and Slovakia to equip 30 adult educators with the tools to teach sustainability and environmental concepts, particularly to marginalized groups.
Strengthen educators' capacity to incorporate inclusive sustainability practices into their teaching by providing adapted resources and methods that cater to disadvantaged learners, ensuring education is accessible and equitable.
Host a Good Practices Exchange in Ireland, bringing together 15 educators to share strategies for engaging disadvantaged learners in sustainability education, fostering collaboration and networking for inclusive teaching.

Activities:
1.    Kick-off meeting in Lithuania.
2.    Training program development: Based on the needs assessment results, design a training program that focuses on empowering adult educators to teach about sustainability and environmental education.
3.    Training delivery locally: Deliver the training program to a group of 10 adult educators from each partner country. This could be done through a combination of online and face-to-face sessions.
4.    Midterm meeting online
5.    Good practices exchange in Ireland: Facilitate the exchange of good practices among the participating adult educators through online discussions, webinars, and sharing sessions.
6.    Evaluation and dissemination: Evaluate the impact of the training program on the participating adult educators' knowledge and skills in sustainability education, and disseminate the results and lessons learned through conferences, publications, and other relevant channels.
7.    The final meeting in Slovakia.
8.    Dissemination, multiplier events in each partner country and peer-to-peer activities
